To get there by bus from Lima, there are companies that offer direct service with an approximate duration of 9 hours. Movil Bus and Expreso Lobato are the lines that make this route and the prices start at 60 soles approximately (although Movil usually has from 39 soles on offer).
From Oxapampa: From Oxapampa there are buses that depart with a price of 15 soles per person and an approximate duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes. The regular frequency is from 5am to 6pm. If you want to go outside these hours you will probably have to pay for the whole car.
