Catarata en los peroles de canchaque
Considerados de gran potencia en la magia terapéutica, son frecuentados regularmente por brujos y curanderos de todas partes del país, que realizan sus curaciones en esta zona, así como muchos creyentes locales y extranjeros.
Desayuno temprano y traslado a Huancabamba. Después de 3 horas llegaremos a Canchaque. Se servirá un box lunch en la ruta. Poco después comienza el ascenso a la cordillera hasta el paso de Cruz Blanca (2500 msnm), desde allí descenderemos hasta el lugar llamado «Los Peroles de Caspampa», donde podrá tomar fotos y un baño rejuvenecedor. Llegada a Huancabamba (1920 msnm) alrededor de las 4 PM y traslado al Albergue Municipal. Después de 1 hora de descanso visitaremos la Iglesia principal en la plaza de armas, el Museo Municipal donde observaremos momias, vasijas de piedra y cerámica de las culturas pre-incas. Regreso al hotel para la cena.
Desayuno temprano y traslado al pueblo de Salala (3200 msnm) donde se tendrá el primer contacto con el Chamán, y con los arrieros para preparar la cabalgata hacia la Laguna Sagrada.Llegada alrededor de las 10:00 a la laguna negra «Shimbe» (3900 msnm). Esta laguna se encuentra al noreste de Huancabamba, y forma parte del circuito mágico y ecológico de las lagunas de Huaringas (14 lagunas). La Laguna Negra es considerada como la más poderosa en el orden oculto de los chamanes.Usted será testigo de un ritual completo realizado por el chamán. Almuerzo y tiempo libre para relajarse. Alrededor de las 16:00 horas regresaremos a Salala. Es recomendable descansar para estar preparados para la «mesada» o la misa negra que se realizará a medianoche, en el lugar del Chamán. En este ritual el chamán demostrará su poder invisible de curación, y su capacidad de visionar el pasado y el futuro de todos los participantes.
